EMV450 - 450 kN centrifugal force and 7 kgm excentric moment

The excavator mounted vibratory hammers (EMV's) which are available for rental at Foundiz are specially designed to work in combination with an hydraulic excavator. With these EMV's piles and sheet piles can be driven in the soil or extracted. The piles can be handled with a dedicated chain connected to the EMV. The piles are fixated with the powerfull hydaulic clamp in order to drive them by means of high frequent vibrations into the soil. With the excavator boom additional down force can be placed on the vibro with pile in order to increase the driving speed of the pile into the soil.
